Also, with AMOS researcher could validate the measurement model of the latent structures using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). It allows researcher to analyze the structural model for casual, correlational, mediator and moderator effects.

Dr. Katun M. Idris is a senior lecturer in the Department of Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Build Environment, The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi. He obtained his PhD from Universiti Technilogi Malysia and has been a lecturer and researcher since 2003. He has more than 15 years lecturing experience in various courses of Quantity Surveying profession.
