This book introduces an intro about Lean Construction and Building Information Modeling, it contains the results of my trials to understand the lean concept and the synergy between Lean Construction and BIM. Based on previously published papers, this book introduces the LeanBIM concept and its benefits through industry professionals perspective.

Moataz Younes is an Egyptian Civil Engineer with a portfolio of experience in different roles within the construction industry in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He is an M.Sc. degree holder in construction management and technology. His research interests include Lean Construction, BIM and sustainability.
