Professor Dieter Jacob holds the chair of Construction Management at the Technical University Freiberg. Aside from that he runs his own engineering office. He is author and editor of various books on estimating in construction. Clemens Müller, MSc, is a research associate at the chair of Construction Management at the Technical University Freiberg.
