This book researched on the level of compliance in the areas of post contract procedures of the public Procurement Act,914. There were four parameters used in the assessment:Project Planning and Mobilization,Project Implementation and Supervision,Inspection and Inventory and finally Handing Over which was adopted by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development because of Ghana's experience with their tool. The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly was assessed on these parameters in their project execution.
