This book presents an examination of the imperatives of quality assurance systems in new build housing construction. It accesses the level of Quality Assurance application by the building contractors, consultant designers and building inspectors in delivering quality end products to the customer in a named developing country. It emphasises the need for quality management system, quality control and quality auditing in housing development processes. It concludes that with the application of quality assurance mechanisms, a housing product which is adjudged to be good will be produced.
Autorenporträt
Mr. D.N Mbazor was born in Ebonyi State Nigeria. He had his Secondary education at Government Army Secondary School Bida, Nigeria. He had his first degree in Estate Management from FUT Minna, and Master of Science degree from Glasgow Caledonian University UK. He currently lecture at the Federal University of Technology Akure Nigeria.
