Nanoscale ZnO have been recently investigated for surface acoustic wave devices, transparent conducting coatings for thin-film solar cell applications, gas sensors, ultraviolet photodetectors and potential applications in the realization of nanoscale devices. The promising approach to prepare device quality pure and molybdenum doped nanocrystalline zinc oxide films for optoelectronic devices was discussed clearly in this book.

Dr. R. Subba Reddy, obtained Ph.D. Degree in Physics from Sri Venkateswara University in the Year 2013 under the supervision of Prof. S. Uthanna. At present he is working as a Post-doctoral Fellow in School of optoelectronic information, University of electronic science and technology of china, chengdu, P.R.China.
