Beschreibung
Statistical physics is a field that uses methods of probability theory and statistics, particularly the mathematical tools for dealing with large gathering and approximations to solve physical problems. The book compiled on the foundation of statistical physics program for the students in the majors theoretical physics of the universities in Viet Nam and some applications mentioned to the recent study of authors about XAFS theory (X-ray Absorption Fine Structure). In this theory, statistical physics and particularly quantum statistics, had been used to calculate for thermodynamic parameters and cumulants at high temperatures and study some related properties. The contents in this book would be a valuable reference for research of postgraduate students and all who desire to learn technique in XAFS theory.
