This book includes study a special type of semiconductors in nano science. The book can help the new researchers to understand the novel solar cells manufacturing and processing. It also highlighted a number of academic techniques regarding with preparation and measuring of such materials. Moreover, the book illustrates a number of interesting results either in crystallography and empirical data such as optical and electrical studies. Overall, this book is of professional academic form and not suitable for the ordinary readers.
