Principle and brief description of experimental techniques such as XRD, DSC, MAS-NMR, FTIR, Raman, Z-scan technique, UV-Visible, Ultrasonic Interferometer and ac & dc conductivity. Chapter -3 Describes synthesis and characterization of Praseodymium doped silver-borate glasses. Chapter -4 describes optical Properties, Chapter -5 describes ultrasonic Studies, and Chapter -6 describes transport Properties of Praseodymium Doped Silver-Borate Glasses.

Dr. Jagadeesha Gowda G V, is the Professor and Research Centre Head, Department of Physics, Sapthagiri College of Engineering, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. He has been awarded PhD degree from Bangalore University in the field of Material Science.He has written books like "Praseodymium doped silver borate glass", "Engineering Physics".
