Many scholars believe that Einstein surpassed the achievements of Newton, and the examples are that Einstein solved the problems of advance of Mercurys perihelion and deflection of photon around the Sun. However, an interesting question is: if Newton knew these problems, he cannot solve these problems? According to our opinion, Newton was able to solve these problems. Namely, the problems of advance of Mercurys perihelion and deflection of photon around the Sun can be solved within the framework of mechanics system established by Newton. As faithful follower of Newton, we try to "represent" Newton to solve the problems of advance of Mercurys perihelion and deflection of photon around the Sun. Of course, we use the methods of New Newton Mechanics taking law of conservation of energy as unique source law, rather than the original methods of Newton mechanics.
