Beschreibung
This book discusses about the synthesis and use of nanostructures such as nanowires and thin films for spintronic device applications. Nanostructures, because of the extremely reduced size, exhibit different properties than in bulk phase. The novel properties that are only observable at nanoscale materials have vast area of applications, one area is spintronics also called the spin based electronics. This approach aims to include spin properties in addition to the charge properties of electron for the development of new generation of electronic devices.

Dr. Keshab R Sapkota obtained his Ph.D. in Physics from The Catholic University of America, Washington DC, USA in 2015. He has been working on various projects in the field of material science and nanotechnology. He is the author of several research articles published in prestigious journals and is a member of various scientific societies.
