X-Ray Crystallographic Investigations - it's a unique tool to see inside the Crystal Structure. The structural study of crystalline material by X-ray technique is based on wave-obstacle interaction. The diffracted pattern contains information of the structure of the diffracting obstacle. The wealth of information so achieved is enormous and therefore, even after more than hundred years have past after the discovery of X-rays, the field remains as excited as before. Sulfonamides are well known antibacterial drugs. These compounds are of much interest due to antitumer activity.
