The book presents the theoretical nonlinear dynamic analysis of cantilever pipe conveying fluid.Non-linearity is introduced in the system with motion-limiting constraints at an arbitrary intermediate point, producing a nonlinear force on the pipe as the motion becomes large.Stability of fixed points and periodic solutions is discussed in detail.Qualitative analysis with different types of plots like bifurcation diagram,phase portrait,Poincare map of the oscillations make more clear to understand.

Chandan Kumar is presently a P.hd Scholar in Mechanical Engineering department at IIT Patna. Prior to this he taught more than five years in CUTM Odisha.He Obtained B.Tech and M.Tech from BPUT, Rourkela.He have research publications too which reflects their work.
