This book is aimed for the integration and implementation of robotics and automation for the purpose of sorting and filling for packaging industry. This book will guide how to design a comprehensive and efficient, that can automatically sort packages on a conveyor belt using a robotic arm. Electronic circuits, Mechanical Design and Programming for controller is included in this book in order to get hands on experience.

Hassan Elahi is currently enrolled for PhD on fellowship at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy in Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He has completed his MS on Applied Mechanics and Design with Award of Honors. He is working as a lecturer at Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad since July 2014.
