Beschreibung
Hybrid organic solar cells were fabricated by replacing fullerene with inorganic semiconductor nanostructured materials to reduce the cost of devices. The introduction of nanoparticles enhanced the power conversion efficiency of the devices and provides pathways to charge carriers in the active layer. The mixing also enhanced film roughness which increases the absorption of the devices. It provides a new path for the researcher working in this field.
