The present monograph is devoted to development and generalization of the theory and methods of achievement of the high resolution of optical systems of atmospheric seeing and to the creation of technologies for their optimal construction and application. Problems of atmospheric optics are investigated and are developed quasi optimal technologies their decision. The statistical model of information signal is proposed and technologies for optimal construction and application optical systems of the high resolution are synthesized. The algorithmic provision is developed for the synthesized technologies and the complex algorithm is developed for optimal processing. Requirements to hardware realization of synthesized technologies are developed and technical proposals for the design and exploitation of their information channels are formulated. Perspective technologies for ground optical system are proposed and investigated. The book is written for: scientific workman, solving the problems of atmospheric optics; engineering-technical workman, solving the problems of the design and operation of the optical information systems and for students of physical and engineering specialties.
