Solid State Lighting Panel Design and Non-Visual Effects of Light. Measurement of daylight changing pattern from winter to spring. Measurements have been taken place in outdoor and open exterior building area. Designing LED panel based on circadian action factor and maximum melanopic lux. Designed LED panes have been compared and tested based on commercial lighting measurement factors. Data has been saved appropriately for further research.
