Beschreibung
In this book, general information about power LEDs, light pipes, lighting control methods and Artificial Neural Networks was given. It is proposed a method which aims at optimization of natural and artificial lighting for the visual comfort and energy saving. Proposed control system was simulated. LED lighting control systems estimated LED dimming ratios according to light pipe illumination values.

Gökhan Gökmen received PhD degree from Marmara University. He has been working as an associate professor. His current interests are measurement, signal processing and vocational education. Ismail Kiyak received PhD degree from Marmara University. He has been working as an assistant professor. His current interests are lighting and renewable energy.
