Safeguarding essential levels of safety for patients' in hospital is statutory requirements in most country. This book describes the Electrical requirements for health care Facilities and designs the health care power system in line with the requirements. The controllability of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to automate the hospital power distribution system to comply with those statutory requirements are shown.
