We are pleased to present the book, "Concepts In Electrodynamics" before the students. The book deals with basic concepts about electricity and magnetism. Moreover Maxwell's equations and its usefulness in the field of electrodynamics has been narrated briefly. Behavior of electromagnetic waves in conducting media and its interaction with matter have also been discussed. Though the book is written by keeping in mind the syllabus of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, we sincerely feel that it will prove useful to any undergraduate student opted for physics as one of the subject.

Dr. Dhanyakumar Kurmude has completed his Ph.D. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. At present he is working as an Associate Professor and Head of Physics Department in Milind College of Science, Aurangabad. He has more than 25 years of teaching experience in Physics to undergraduate students.
