Beschreibung

This book presents the comprehensive studies on topological spin textures from the experimental and theoretical perspectives. Based on various experiments such as electrical transport measurement, neutron scattering, and resonant X-ray scattering, it demonstrates the unique multistep topological spin textures among meron and skyrmion crystals in a centrosymmetric magnet. The detailed theoretical study explains the microscopic origin of the versatile topological transitions. This book is a useful resource to researchers in the field of condensed matter physics and material sciences, offering the new insight of the material design guidelines of topological spin textures and their functionality.

Autorenporträt

Haruto Yoshimochi is a research fellow with five years of experience in condensed matter physics. His work focuses on the discovery of novel skyrmion materials and the detailed characterization of topological spin textures. He has published in peer-reviewed physics journals on these topics and presented his works at conferences. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo in 2025.
