These discoveries and innovations in the development of such materials in nanoscale are essential, without which the novel technologies may not come to fruition.

Prof. Dr. BR Karche is a Head of Physics Department and NCC Officer at Shankarrao Mohite Mahavidyalaya, Akluj (MS) India. He is BOS Chairman and Academic Council Member of Solapur University. He has published twenty one research papers and presented fourteen papers in International Conferences. His current interest of research is 2D semiconductors.
