In many cases, forensic evidence is a key to obtain a conviction and often only very small quantities of forensic material are found on a suspect. Nanotechnology plays an important role in addressing current concerns by providing trace evidence analysis.

Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh received PhD in Chemistry and two post-doctorates from Brazil and Malaysia in catalysis and nanomaterials. He is working in the Department of Chemistry, GC University Lahore. This book is a collective effort of Ms. Shaghraf, Ms. Shaista Ali, Ms. Iqra Muneer, Ms. Ayesha Imtiaz, Mr. Muhammad Shahid, and Ms. Fizza Naseem.
