Starting from an already famous expression in the Star Wars series, this paper makes a scientific overview of some of the most important findings on the physical or metaphysical meaning of what the concept of FORCE might have at present for humans. By exploring the huge inter-connectivity potential of information and knowledge acquired so far from a wide variety of disciplines, from mechanics, (quantum) physics, thermodynamics, astrophysics, biochemistry, biology, genetics and anthropology to medicine, biomedical and neurological sciences, as well as religion and spirituality, this paper makes a comprehensive, yet simplified inventory of not only what ENERGY really stands for both at the lowest (quantum) and the highest (Universe) levels of representation in the definite matter-time field of our objective reality, where entanglements might actually create superposed states, still defying human reason, but also of how vital energy, in resonance with its corresponding permanent shifts in Nature, could have been involved, sometimes in chaotic impulses, leading to an explosive boost of physical, biologic, mental, sensory energy supplies in human body, mind and spirit.

Born in 1964, IONAC NICOLETA is currently Professor in the Dept. of Meteorology and Hydrology - University of Bucharest, Romania, since 2006, with studies in Geography and English graduated in 1987 and a Ph.D. title obtained with a thesis on "Climate and Human Behavior" in 1995, at the same university.
