In dentistry evidence-based practice is emerging rapidly as the scientific foundation for prosthodontic treatment decisions. Current practice in the management of partial tooth loss involves consideration of various types of prostheses. Selection of type prosthesis depends on of various conditions like remaining teeth and/or tissues,patients demands appropriate application of knowledge and critical thinking to ensure the best possible treatment outcome given to the patient needs and desires. This book will be helpful for practitioners, dental under graduate and post graduate students the basic knowledge in selecting the suitable type of prosthesis for successful treatment.
