Recently we entering a era of conservationist. we need to natural tooth structure as much as possible. In the field of endodontics we can achieve this by proper using of recent advances. As there is no man made material can replace the natural tooth structure. Minimally invasive is a concept to preserve as much as tooth structure without much altering the basic concept. So we need to modify the old concept according to the need of tooth. Because a successful endo treatment is all about a long life of a tooth.
