Dental crown and bridge facing fracture in the patient mouth are true frustration for both the patient and the dentist, a review of this clinical causes of this problem, whether are technical or clinical, is done. However, it is considered as a frequent problem in the dental clinic, a review of the different option for treating this problem is exposed. spite of the sophisticated structure of the hard tooth tissues, enamel and dentin are prone to extended damage in the oral cavity. However it is a real challenge to find a man made materials that compete with these hard tissues.

I am Assoc.Prof.Dr. at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Babylon since 2006 and until now, and the supervisor of his request for postgraduate studies, and an important reviewer of research before publication, in some of the international scientific journals, namely as the Journal of the Elsevier medical journal and the Journal of Dental Heal.
