The various imbibing media and their advantages could also positively increase the overall optical properties for the study of these carious lesions. The study is based on caries and caries research. The use of technology and various other modified methodologies could bring about precise understanding of disease progression. The basis of newer generation dental caries treatment advances need to be soundly researched upon keeping the carious progression studies at the forefront.

Rupinder Kaur Multani has done her BDS from Government Dental College , Amritsar, and her MDS from ITS- CDSR, Ghaziabad . Currently she is serving as senior lecturer in oral pathology department. Histopathological diagnosis of oral lesions are her area of interest.
