Neurological rehabilitation approaches, theories and outcomes are assumed to be a result of neuronal plasticity. Neuroimaging techniques could serve as promising investigatory tool in the field of neurological rehabilitation, since these sophisticated neuroimaging techniques open the window to understand better the human sensorimotor cortical functions & plasticity. By such better understand, we could develop a novel, more effective & clinically relevant rehabilitation practices based on the scientific evidences rather than the unscientific based-theories.
