Beschreibung

There is much scientific evidence that indicates that physical exercise training is not only appropriate but also warranted for patients with HIV/AIDS. The study was carried out to identify the effects of floor aerobic exercise on immunity induction of people with HIV/AIDS Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) users. A convenience sample of 26 subjects (26 male and 26 female participants) between the age of 30 and 50 years (mean 38.6) have participated with a minimum of 28 and maximum 36 sessions. The study aimed to compare the results before and after exercise of the study subjects and also with respect to sex difference. A component of T-cells of PETR compared with POETRY has shown that significantly difference at the probability level of 5% except for CD8 count. The mean comparison of Females and Males components of T-cells count PET compared with POET has shown that significantly difference at the probability level of 5% except for the mean value of the male CD8 result. In total sample mean difference of T-cells (CD4=279, CD8=104, CD3=426 cells/mm3 and CD4/CD8 ratio=0.2).
