Beschreibung
Robotic surgery has rised as a new paradim in Medicine and specially in Gynecology. Robotically-assisted surgery has been developed to overcome the limitations of minimally invasive surgery performed by laparoscopy. The robotic approache enhances the capabilities of surgeons thanks to 3D vision, wristed instruments, absense of tremor and enhance of surgeon ergonomy. However, nowadays we are in the begining of this tecnology. In a next future, new surgical systems, robotic instrument and devices will imporve even more the surgical gynecologic procedures, resulting in the patients improvement.
