Should we target PPAR receptor to treat atopic dermatitis and psoriasis?. Psoriasis and atopic dermatitis are common inflammatory dermatological disorders. The chronicity of those conditions make us alwayys think of creating newer therapuetic channels. New therapies usually evolve after digging more deeply in unknown pathogenic roles that help in the evolution and hence progression of the disease. Thus we aimed in this study to elaborate any played role by PPAR receptor in both inflammatory disorders
