Techniques of genomics, high-throughput screening, robotics, combinatorial chemistry, informatics and miniaturization to the drug discovery area have generated immense number of drug candidates since last few years, which focus primarily on efficacy study, PK study and toxicology study. This results into compromised biopharmaceutical properties of new drug candidates, including solubility characteristics.
