The book gives a better knowledge on quantification in nano grams level of widely used analgesic diclofenac in human plasma by LC-MS/MS.In this study one method is developed and validated simultaneously using one internal standard.The method shows very good results in terms of accuracy,recovery and various stability studies in three different levels of concentration.Surely the work will be useful for the bio equivalence studies and routine therapeutic drug monitoring.

Dr.Nalini Kanta Sahoo has completed his Ph.D in pharmaceutical analysis and currently working as Assoc.Prof.in MNR College of Pharmacy, Osmania University,India.He has published 25 research articles in the same field in ISI indexed journals.
