This manuscript tries to touch the different materials characterized to be used for preparation of nanomedicines with a brief review of exemplary applications in pipeline and already marketed under FDA approval.It also touches the techniques to formulate nanomaterials in nanomedicines ,their characterization and the challenges behind production and marketing for medicines compared to ordinary products manufacturing procedures.Hopefully, it will give updated information on materials used in nanomedicines and their application ,achievements and available challenges ahead.

I am a PhD student in Near East University,institute of Health Sciences and Department of Pharmaceutics together with my supervisors have great ambitions to go through the invaluable field of Nanotechnology in human Medicine.In this regard, It was thus my pleasure to read and write on the field which motivates me to compile the current resource.
