The book contains the information regarding the tribulus terrestris. References are arranged by topic. Although the ideal preparation for taking the course and using the book would be the completion of preliminary courses in pharmacognosy & phytochemistry. One consequence of the principles and analysis approach taken here is that the material is not easy. Thinking and learning to reason from the fundamentals require serious effort, but ultimately, are more efficient and more rewarding than mere memorization. An auxiliary objective of this presentation is to help students & scholar develop an appreciation for elegant and beautiful experiments for the benefit of mankind. This book evolved from the research involved in the area of phytopharmacologicals which we have been teaching primarily to graduate as well as post gradute students for the past seven years. Because the subject is now mature, it is possible to present the material by covering the principles and encouraging students to learn how to apply them.

Mr. Neelanchal Trivedi (Asst. Prof., Pharmacology) & Mr. Bhuvnesh Singh (Asst. Prof., Pharmaceutical Analysis) are currently working in Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Pharmacy, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad (India). Both are indulged in academic research with guiding the Post graduating scholars & spiringing up pharmacy in India.
