Beschreibung
In this book, we have focused on the therapeutic effect and aspects of silver nanoparticles. The use of nanotechnology and nanosized particles are enhancing enormously in day to day, this book will explore the newer aspects of silver nanoparticles which involve curcumin to create products that exhibit novel properties. The main aim of proposed work, to enhancement of anticancer potential of curcumin extracted from Curcuma longa linn by encapsulated in the silver nanoparticle. Curcumin was extracted from Curcuma longa by Soxhlet method. Curcumin is a kind of poly phenols which was widely used because of its medicinal application. Curcumin shows poor solubility and low absorption rate therefore its silver nanoparticles was formed to increase solubility, absorption as well as affectivity against tumor. Curcumin Silver nanoparticles possess increased structural integrity as well as unique mechanical, chemical and anticancer properties and depict that curcumin encapsulated silver nanoparticles shows potential activity against cancer cell.
