Between education and work there are a Gap and some people have a transition shock in the first year of work. Between nursing education and nursing employee we observed this shock and we need to identify the causes of this shock. A study to Assess the Transitional Shock among Newly Qualified Staff Nurses at hospitals. This research explores the challenges that new nursing graduates experience whilst adapting to their new role in their first year of practice.
