This book is based on molecular genetics of beta thalassemia syndrome. The data revealed the molecular spectrum of beta thalassemia genes in Pakistan. The manuscript also explains the evaluation of beta thalassemia gene in Pakistani population from its basic Mediterranean origin. This book is very much useful for molecular biologist, hematologist and students of genetics. This book is also described in detail the methodology of ARMS PCR used for detection of thalassemia genes.
Autorenporträt
The author Dr.Muhammad Usman did M.Sc, M.Phil and PhD in Hematology. He is recently working as Associate Professor of Hematology in Baqai Medical University, Karachi, Pakistan. He is also serving Muhammadi Institute of Hematology as Director and consultant Lab hematologist. He has several international publication in international journal.
