Menopause is the natural period in a female life. It is an iveitable passive transfere mechanism from reproductive to menopausal period or from fertility to infertility. Factors of delay invite the study to assessment of awareness of women regarding delay of menopause age after 45 years. The study is conducted in Omdurman/ Ombada and the trial icludes30 women with delayed menopause. The changes that occur during this period include changes in sexual well-being are typically caused by menopause and aging. Menustration indicates age of puberty of girls and their ability to get pregnant. Menopause remains an opportunity for the fullest blossoming of a womans power, wisdom and creativity. It is a bridge to a new phase of life when many women report feeling more confident, empowered and energized.
