Beschreibung
The purpose of this study was to identify aspects of clinical social workers' decision-making with older adult clients receiving home health services that have unmet psychosocial and/or physical needs (N = 249). This study examines clinical social workers' decision-making indirectly through outcomes, patterns, and processes of clinical social workers' referrals for services to older adult clients.

As a Clinical Teaching Faculty member in the School of Social Work at the University of Southern California I teach policy, practice and research courses that emphasize the role of the social worker in health settings. My teaching is informed by both research and clinical experience as well as scholarship. I have conducted over 8,000 home visits.
