World Health Organization (WHO) claims that increase in the incidence of food-borne diseases is a public health concern in both developed and developing countries. The objective of the study was to Evaluate Knowledge And Self-Reported Behaviour Regarding Food Safety Among Reproductive Age Women. The study found a significant correlation between education of the female and knowledge regarding food safety on Phi test, Cramer's V test, Pearsons R and Spearman Correlation. Moreover, a significant correlation was found between education of the female, occupation of the female, familys monthly income and self-reported behavior regarding food safety on chi-square test for independence. Our results confirm the need for ongoing educational initiatives to improve the relatively low food safety awareness among reproductive age women. Information gained from this study can be utilized to formulate essential messages for many educational programs.
