Industrial revolution was a boon for mankind as it opened new avenues for humans to explore. Mechanisation or automation of work helped mankind to have more time for leisure activities. Osteoarthritis or OA is one of the such disease which is now more evident due to lack of physical activity. Osteoarthritis of knee joint is most disabling as it effects most of the daily activities we do. Pain and discomfort during activities or even at rest is mostly disabling and cost work hours. This book tries to find out what are the possible causes as well as past and present options available for help for OA knee patients.
