This book fills the gaps in understanding different types of leisure participation used the new cluster analysis scale with sound psychometric properties. This scale leads a significant outcome in Australian women with fatigue secondary to chronic conditions that engagement in physical leisure and leisure satisfaction were predictors of physical and mental health related quality of life. While the quality of life made a significant prediction for levels of fatigue. Therefore, occupational therapists and other professionals could manage leisure participation as a therapeutic medium for decreasing fatigue and improving quality of life - living well with chronic conditions.
