During the last few years, there have been remarkable developments in the field of Immunohematology and transfusion all over the world. Almost all clinical specialties need frequently whole blood or blood components. Unluckily our undergraduate teaching curriculum lacks sufficient training in this field. Hence, newly qualified students have to seek additional training in this field. The present volume, Handbook of Immunohematology aims to provide text and techniques for the benefit of undergraduates students associated with this specialty. The book discusses different aspects of blood bank, namely basics, blood donation and transfusion, clinical aspects. Overall there are 14 chapters' deals with Blood Bank Laboratory and Techniques and Future Prospects of Blood Transfustons.
