From the literature consulted, no work has been carried out on microsporidium with Hepatitis B co-infection among HIV patients. This has contributed knowledge on the unveiling pathogenic microsporidium and HBV with great impact in the health status of HIV patients in Nigeria. To develop people out of clinico-pathological challenges in profiling health solutions to the community base in Nigeria.

Dr. Yako Andrew Bmibmitawuza is a clinical parasitologist, had his Phd in Epidemiology of Microsporidium and Hepatitis B- infections from University of Jos, Nigeria. Interesting in advancing the caurse among HIV populace with the aim target of profiling aid treatment and possible total eradication of human infections in communities base challenge.
