This book teaches some principals of dental radiography and gives an introduction to dental imaging techniques. It gives a basic introduction to the concepts of dental anatomy as well as the basics of dental radiography film and film processing in dental radiography and a comprehensive overview of image processing in dental Radiography. In fact, the book has several goals as being a useful textbook in introductory courses on dental anatomy and radiography. It gives a basic introduction for people who do not previously have a background in radiography, image processing and dental imaging techniques. It is also being as reference guide for the most commonly used radiology libraries.

Dr. Yousif Mohamed Yousif Abdallah received B.S., M.Sc. and PhD degrees Radiation Therapy and Nuclear Medicine from Sudan University of Science and Technology and University of Gezira in 2005, 2009, 2013 and 2014 respectively. He now is Professor (Assistant) in College of Medical Applied Sciences, Majmaah University.
