The possibility of providing of the expensive maintenance dialysis therapy for all the population of chronic renal failure, is not expected in the near future. Advances in the management of chronic renal failure that have been increasingly used in the more developed countries, are obviously not expected to offer an appreciable advantage for a large population of patients living in economically disadvantaged and underdeveloped countries. Therefore, management of chronic renal failure in many areas of the world demands re-pioneering and a revolutionary innovations based on totally different but highly relevant experiences. The aim of this book is to provide a comprehensive practical guide for the management of chronic renal failure with intestinal dialysis.

Aamir Jalal Al-Mosawi, is advisor doctor in pediatrics at the Children Teaching Hospital of Baghdad Medical City. He is also advisor doctor and expert trainer at the National Training and Development Center of the Iraqi Ministry of Health. He is the Head of Iraq Headquarter of Copernicus Scientists International Panel.
