Beschreibung
Telomerase enzyme exists in the most type of cancer cells like breast cancer. Inhibition of telomerase activity could be effective approach for target therapy of cancer. It has been evaluated that curcumin have many application in herbal medicine include treatment of cancer. However, its bioavailability is very poor due to hydrophobicity. Using of some nanoparticles like ß-cyclodextrin (CD) can improve limitation of curcumin in delivery systems.
