This study is done after the summation of work of sixteen studies and analyze the possible strategies that help to decrease the spread of HIV all over the world depending on the youth informational system in school peers and clubs companions from both male & female. I took samples from three countries - Sudan, Sierra Leone,Senegal from middle and west Africa - with the assist of my colleagues from each country this book is very useful for the researchers and NGOs to find entrance gate for the epidemics of this disease to limit the incidence and prevalence of HIV all over the world. It is purely scientific at the same time helpful for any individual aim to protect spread of this disease in his community.

I am sudanese medical doctor graduated in Sudan Kassala university eastern Sudan and owned MBBS in the year 2004 then start my practice of medicine all over my country later travel to gulf country to work short period in Musket kingdom of Oman, then i went to Europe to study international health and medicine Master degree in Italy (Parma university).
